I prefer to have a cup of tea than coffee lately.

There are many types of tea such as chamomile, black tea, green tea and so on.

Irrespective of how much caffein they have, each type of tea has their own unique characteristics which is benefical to us.

 

As known to people, having too much caffein cause negative impacts on people.

Although tea has caffein as well, they have positive impacts on human.

Especially I like to have a cup of chamomile tea that helps us to sleep better and over come our stress.
